From the very beginning, he demonstrated professionalism, deep market knowledge and genuine care for our goals. He guided us through every step of the process, communicated clearly and made sure we always felt informed and supported.

He did a preliminary walk-thru and made recommendations to upgrade or improve items that would help sell our house. Ted helped us plan to get the home in "show" condition. He presented pros/cons to us when offers were being evaluated and reassured us during the decision-making process on how things would move from signing an offer sheet to the day of closing. His experience and opinions really helped us make the right decision with offers. We had some changes in the closing date due to the Eagles winning the Super Bowl (!), but all went well. Ted represented us at closing because we had issues with making it there in person. All funds were disbursed as expected and the closing went off without a hitch.
